Dwell Staging and Design is looking for a few special individuals to join our team as professional Home Managers.  Dwell Staging and Design is a unique staging company that works with the owners of vacant homes to transform them into beautiful model homes to make them more desirable for potential buyers.   

This is an opportunity for qualified individuals and couples to live in a $500,000 to $1,000,000 home that is professionally furnished and decorated at a fraction of the regular rental rate, typically the monthly fee is between $1,000 and $1,800 per month.   It is critical that a Home Manager is extremely neat and organized and an excellent communicator.   

As a Home Manager you will live in the home, pay the utilities, keep the home in a “Show Ready” condition and allow the home to be shown with a two-hour notice.  Once your home sells, Dwell Staging will transfer you to the next beautiful home at no cost. At this time, no smokers nor pets can participate in our program.
